Our basset hound Norman loves Pet Paradise. The staff are extremely professional and their overall program for how they manage the pets in their care is a good match for dog behavior. Norman experiences just the right amount of enrichment so he is never bored but not so much that the experience is stressful or over exciting. He comes home tired but content. We have been taking Norman to Pet Paradise for the past 3.5 years for daycare and boarding and have never found when traveling a facility that was even close to what they offer. Thanks Pet Paradise for taking such great care of our baby.

Pet Paradise is our go-to kennel for our dog Oliver. We know that he is well cared for and kept safe and secure. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They listen to our needs and can be trusted to follow through if there are special circumstances such as administering medication. When we are not able to be there for our pet, we trust Pet Paradise with his care.

We bring our golden doodle here all the time for daycare and board him when we go out of town. Every time we drop him off he practically pulls us to the door to get in quicker. Needless to say hes always excited to stay there and is always welcomed by the staff. Id recommend this place to anyone in need of daycare or boarding.

I took my Maltese dog for grooming listed for 40$ about 3 months ago, when i came back to get her, I was told I owed 60. I asked why, and they said 10 for dematting and 10 for special handling. The groomer, said the next time she will not charge the 10 for special handling since she now knows how to handle my dog (she is not the easiest dog). Groomer also showed me that she injured my dog with the clippers, but said she barely bled. For some reason, I just brought my dog back to this place (kicking myself for it), and I was charged 65$ again, even though they said the handling fee would be waived. I reminded of this, and they removed the fee. Still, my total was 55. for dematting (even though her hair was not matted at all) and something else they couldn't even explain. I never saw the groomer when I went to get my dog. Needless to say. They just lost a customer. I highly recommend you search for another place that will charge what they say and will treat your dog right. I know I will!

Awesome place! We've used them a couple times for our "tempermental" German shepherd. They've been great with her. They even posted pictures on FB so we could see what a great time our baby was having at the resort.. Highly recommend this place.

Customer service is terrible. Do not stay at Pet Paradise Resort and Day Spa. When making reservations, they do not clarify what immunizations are needed for your pet to stay. When you arrive a few hours, let's say, before a flight, you are left high and dry unless you shell out some serious cash for the missing immunizations. Do not stay here. They have lost a customer.
