      Dr. Gail van Diepen's medical practice is a busy one: a true measure of the tendency of her patients to recommend Dr. Gail to their friends and family members. Patient referrals are the number one source of new patients seen in our office. Why is this growth source important to you in considering a physician? Because it is the reason behind those referrals that make sense and give you a good feeling that you can count on excellent care and diagnoses of your particular condition: Dr. van Diepen develops a strong bond of trust with her patients She helps her patients understand their condition She listens carefully and answers patient questions Dr. Gail spends quality time with each patient, delving deeper than the average physician into matters of quality of life and personal issues, as these often give important insight into the condition of the patient She is aggressive on behalf of her patients in getting them good specialist referrals and monitoring the results of those referrals to make sure the patient gets the best of care and treatment The practice office environment is bright and cheery, with a comfortable waiting area, friendly reception/nursing staff and varied and interesting art and decor Dr. van Diepen is fully fluent in Spanish and empathetic to the life issues of her Hispanic patients.
