No recommendation. The staff is slow and inexperienced. It takes over 1-1/2 hour for a cleaning and exam. The doctor tried to convince me I had TMJ, when I had no symptoms. He also tried to perform "popping" my jaw back into the socket (which he claimed my jaw was out of the socket); however, my jaw was not out of the socket. I think if my jaw was out of its socket I would know. I have gone to the dentist every six months for the past 50 years. Not one other dentist even suggested I had TMJ. I only went to this office to get established in Palm Coast and to get a cleaning. The hygienist did not even finish the cleaning. There was no cancer screening or flossing. No one went over the X rays. The entire visit was torture and very painful.

EXCELLENT!!! Highly recommend! The staff was extremely helpful and caring. I was very pleased with the doctor and the staff in addressing my dental concerns. On top of that I have never had a cleaning make my teeth look so white! Not once did I feel pain, as she gently cleaned my teeth. I AM MORE THAN SATISFIED!

My First Visit..

I've been looking for a Dentist since moving to Palm Coast last year. I tried one off Hwy 100 and they were trying to get me to sign u for $4000 of treatments. I've been going to the dentist every six months and never had any issues and this guy said my dentist must not be that good. All I know is I've known my old dentist for 15 years and I've known this guy for 15 minutes. I left there and never called back.

I was referred to Dr. Garcia by a neighbor. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much because of the location of their office (I'd heard bad things about some of the other practices in that area). But when I got there, The staff was friendly and efficient. They sent me the standard forms that a new patient gets so I had that ready when i arrived. I was in a chair within 15 minutes of my appointment and the hygienist was friendly and put me at ease. Now I have to admit, it took her longer than I'm used to to do my cleaning and x-rays (almost an hour), but she did a great job. Dr. Garcia came in and went over my x-rays, suggesting that some work was needed, but he didn't push me into scheduling it that day. I don't have any pain and I understood that the work he was talking about was mainly crowns that had worn down. I liked the way he explained everything to me so it gives me time to put the money aside to have this done.

I understand that everybody is different, and the first impression is usually the most important - especially when looking for a health care professional. But I have to say the I liked the way I was treated at Atlantic Dental, and plan on using them in the future.

Highly recommend, felt very well taken care of. Came for a cleaning and Dr. Garcia spent quality time with me to set a plan and explain concerns to me. The cleaning was very professional and as far as no sink to spit in that is how newer offices are doing it. I myself never missed the spit sink she rinsed my teeth very well. I love the fact they are very high tech with all digital records....Debbie Rosen

I definitely would not recommend this office. I would give this office negative stars if I could. The office is not even equipped with a sink to rinse your mouth out during procedures. No one went over the x rays and the cleaning was painful and the entire staff was inefficient. My teeth still hurt after several days. The office is small and not very clean. The hygienist was not proficient at what she does and should go back to dental school. I went there for a simple cleaning and got anything but that. It was a terrible experience.

I followed the staff from another office to this one & highly recommend it. Staff and office are very welcoming and friendly. I was taken back in a timely manner & actually enjoyed my visit from start to finish. I even had another patient complementing to me how much she loves the office and staff in the waiting area. Very impressed with my cleaning I received & how informative the dr was with my exam. I will definitely be going back.

I highly recommend Atlantic Dental Arts! I followed the staff from another office to this new office because they are very experienced with every aspect of dentistry and insurance, they are caring, highly efficient, and treat everyone as if they were family. They take the time to listen and do everything they can for you, as opposed to a corporate office where you are considered a number and everything is a number’s game. While sitting in the waiting room, it was nice to hear other patients talk very highly about the dentist as well. Hearing patients say they had dental work done by Dr. Garcia with no problems and no pain is always a reassuring thing to hear! Dr. Garcia was as wonderful as I had heard in the waiting room. He went over the x-rays and explained everything to me. Their hygienist is also as great. She was very thorough and took her time with my cleaning. I did not feel rushed, as I have in previous offices. If you are looking for a great dental office, this is the place to go!
