      The Tannery is family owned and has resided in the community for over 4 years. We have continued to maintain strong customer relationships and provide the highest quality of service and cleanliness. Whether you are just visiting or you are a resident we provide several different packages or single sessions. Our Business Whether you tan indoors or outdoors, the process is the same. Ultraviolet rays stimulate skin cells to produce melanin, the pigment that makes your skin tan. There are two types of ultraviolet light rays - UVA and UVB. Different indoor tanning units use different combinations of these two tanning rays. Whatever the combination, your exposure times are regulated by the federal government to minimize your risk of sunburn or overexposure. Smart tanning involves following the exposure schedule designed for your skin type and avoiding sunburn by tanning gradually.

      If you advertise that you are open until 5pm & your sign is "on" & "says" we are open, guess what, even if I arrive 11 minutes before closing means that I should be treated with the same respect as the person that arrives at 10am. Banging on your keyboard doesn't make your clients feel welcome or appreciated. I have spent just as much money on my membership as anyone else!

      Love the tanning beds ..disappointed in the staff....if you are open until 5pm on a Saturday then do not have the sign you're OPEN SIGN on if at 10 minutes until 5pm you won't take anyone else!! REALLY Rude!! Customer Service needs some work!!!

      The Tannery is the best tanning salon I have ever been to. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the beds were awesome. I went just to try them out, but actually signed up for a month! I highly recommend them.
