Do not go here! Took my child here and not only got rude and unprofessional service from "Diane" the front office receptionist but she also failed to submit a request for a surgical procedure for my child to my insurance and primary care physician. Apparently, Diane does not follow official office protocol and it could risk your life! If you have a mark on you body that might be cancerous and it needs to be removed right away, don't depend on this staff, especially Diane to submit paperwork and get a quick approval. I was not real happy with Dr. Goldberg who did a brief examination on my child. I would expect a doctor to be more thorough especially with skin lesions that look cancerous. My child deserves better patient care in a more timely fashion. I was told by one of the nurses in the office that Diane has had several complaints from patients. I notified the corporate office but, she is still working there. Apparently, she might of got a good scolding. I would have fired her and hired someone who actually cares about patients and is nice and respectful. No one deserves this kind of treatment..no one!!!!
