It was my birthday and I wanted to buy myself an emerald ring. I went to the Seminole Mall for the first time on a mission to visit jewelry store. My first store was Gold King, wow, I fell in love with their jewelry but I still wanted to visit the other jewelry stores before I buy. After walking around the whole mall I ran back to Gold King and bought a gorgeous emerald and diamond ring. The other store's can't compete with Gold King!

Gold King is one of the finest, most reliable, honest, reputable jeweler I ever had any dealings with. They have an absolutely, *HUGE, *BEAUTIFUL, selection of every piece of jewelry you could imagine, and if they don't have it, they will get it for you, with no problem. Gold King is very professional, experienced, personalized and friendly. They are not about the money, they want to make you a very satisfied customer, that will remain a customer, with them. I very highly recommend Gold King. They have been around for 20+ years, with customer satisfaction. You definitely, won't be sorry. They will make you a very happy, satisfied customer for sure!!

Can't express enough appreciation for Gold King! I am not rich and don't have thousands of dollars to spend on jewelry but that has never made a dime of difference to these guys. Oh wow the owner new I was nervous to leave my wedding ring over night but surprised me today when I came back the same day to get resized! It was a trick by the owner and my husband. An hour after I left my ring they told me I need to come back to get resized one more. But when she put the ring on it was fixed I cried so hard omg! I hugged my husband.so hard it was a great moment. The owner said we fixed it today because we knew how much it meant to you. We have been married for 7 years and it has never been off my hand. I am an individual who loves to shop, compare, and negotiate for my items. I was in the market for a diamond ring for my wife for our anniversary. I went to several jewelry stores and priced many rings. The only store that truly stood out in my opinion was Gold King in the Sanford mall. First of all, the selection is just unreal from all diamond sizes to all shapes. The staff is just down to earth and they make you feel at home from the start. We laughed, joked, and honestly have become friends to a point where I could call them home for some dinner and drinks :) The prices were very sharp to begin with and they were willing to work with me to earn my business which is what I love about them. They told me they have been in the business in the mall since 2001 and their inventory and professionalism shows that. Needless to say, I ended up buying a pretty expensive diamond ring for my wife from them and she was thrilled with it. We honestly love these guys and would be happy to recommend them to anyone who needs any referral. Honest, reliable, trustworthy, and fast service. The selection at Gold King is outstanding, as is their service. My now-fiancé and I went shopping together and on a whim decided to try Gold King. Our experience there was top-notch, so I want to spread the word. And the great service carried over to when my fiancé went back to actually shop and finalize things. I was a bit hesitant when we walked in (afraid of more of the same-old solitaires and three stone settings--which they do have, if that's what you are looking for), but we were immediately offered help and asked what we were looking for. When we told the man we were interested in engagement rings, we were presented with cases and cases of engagement rings and not just a couple of rings here and there. He did SUCH a great job of asking questions and paying attention to what we liked and didn't like to us help narrow down our choices. I was nervous at first about buying a ring from a family owned jewelry store (and to be honest, the fiancé did most of the work), but it turned out to be absolutely the right choice, and the staff was incredibly great at helping us navigate those choices. And unlike other a couple of other places we went, they definitely took us seriously from the get-go, and seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the right thing. There was zero pressure, and what I can only assume were a few well-timed trips to the back again, which gave my fiancé and me time to talk things over a bit. I honestly can't say enough good things about Gold King. Please add them to your list when you start shopping. I would give six stars if I could -- we'll be back for our wedding bands. If you need jewelry that is not typical like Kay or Zales, this is the place to be. You will find items like what you see in the Islands. My husband and I travel to the Islands a lot and came across this store about a year ago and have never looked back. The staff is wonderful and the prices are very reasonable. I think it's a family owned business because I usually see the same type of smiling faces each time I go. They do have a lot of jewelry to look at but nothing to worry because these guys are the real deal.

Literally the best jewelers in town with great customer service, FAST service, great staff, and merchandise to die for!!!!!!!!!!! I even get my repairs and watch batteries done there and I am usually in and out in like a few minutes. I have been dealing with these guys for pretty much 5 yrs now and never been disappointed. My husband hates them because their merchandise is gorgeous and they have great prices and here is a little secret guys, they do love to negotiate which I love. Love the young soft spoken pretty lady who always helps me with everything.

Wanted to buy strictly Pandora beads and when I walked into Gold King, they immediately told me that they carry a competitive brand called Chamilia. Since I was curious, I saw the line and then asked about a Pandora dealer and they immediately pointed me in the right direction. It may not be a big deal to some people, but being in retail, helping others even though they are competition is commendable. I ended up coming back to Gold King to purchase their beads also and since then been buying other jewelry. Honest family and very easy to deal with.

Just moved to Florida from London. Being new to the area, I checked out some local jewelry reviews and decided to visit Gold King. Well, I needed some repairs done and ended up buying a 1.15carat diamond solitaire for my wife. So needless to say it was an expensive repair :) But well worth the deal these guys offered. Thanks mate. And it was supposed to be mounted in a 18k setting and it was done within 48 hours. My wife had a very happy new year. I have always received professional customer service at Gold King. These guys know how to treat their customers well and have always been on top of their game. I used to go to other jewelry stores before becoming a fan of Gold King and their merchandise. They carry exclusive pieces that you don't find in other stores and the prices are unbeatable. I usually don't write reviews but I feel they deserve credit and recognition for what they have done within the community to help their customers. My mom is also a loyal customer of Gold King and will not go anywhere else. I will be shopping for my wedding rings in the near future at Gold King for sure.

Thank you Adam for a wonderful experience. I had purchased a .75ct diamond engagement ring for my fiance and had it sized. But I changed my mind and came in the next day to exchange it. Even though it was sized, he was more than happy to exchange it for a different one. Because of this customer service, I ended up buying a 1.30carat diamond engagement ring and did a major upgrade. These guys deserve nothing but appreciation for what they do. They have always helped me out with fast service and are very affordable. I live in Orlando but make trips to Sanford because I don't trust anyone else with my expensive jewelry. I recently purchased a 2 carat diamond wedding ring for my wife and I am extremely delighted with the purchase. We even shopped at places like International Diamond Center for the diamond wedding ring but Gold King did seem to have better prices and a much bigger selection.
