Wonderful company. Owner went our of her way to get me the parts I need at a great savings, even suggested a comparable part that was over $100 cheaper! Honest AND intelligent people, a rare gem in this business!

A great place to get parts for your appliances if you enjoy fixing them yourselves. They have always had what I need and their prices are competitive, better on the generic replacement parts. I highly recommend the place. You can save $100's and most often avoid replacing whole appliances if you just go on YouTube, search your model, and watch the do-it-yourself videos. You will see that a majority of the times it is just a small inexpensive part that needs to be replaced and with the video it is a snap to do-it-yourself. This place usually will have the part in stock or be able to quickly order it for you.

We have an ancient dryer that stopped blowing hot air. We can't afford a new one, so I figured I'd just fix it myself. I'm mechanically proficient and found fairly clear instructions on the internet. I went out to Appliance Parts Distributors to pick up a heater coil assuming that was the problem. I came home, disassembled the dryer and found the coil to be fine, but a wire had smoldered and severed. I was able to cut off the bad part of wire and put on a new connector and hook it back up. I called the parts place to see about returning this part, but thought I'd also exchange it for a belt and a new exhaust hose. They said they could return the item, so I headed back out there. There were two ladies working and were super nice and helpful. The fact that there was a cat on the counter when I walked in made me know I would like them ;-) They did the exchange for me and sent me on my way. The dryer is back together and drying fine, so a successful day all around!
