We lost one of the diamonds in our wedding ring, they check the settings for free and it something that must be done every 3 months for their warranty. We neglected to have the settings checked at the 3 months and the 6 months., but they replaced the missing diamond for FREE. See you in 3 months.

I purchased a ring 6 months ago from this jeweler, of course they jack up the prices 4 times so they can show you they are giving you a discount! they discounted almost $ 2500 on the ring which showes you how much they are jacking up the price in the first place because the diamonds NEVER go on sale and such a huge discount!! anywas, we purchased the ring then after my wife wore it for 10 days, the diamond on the ring fell off.. so we went to the jeweler and told them we wanted to return the ring since no good quality ring have the diamond fall off from the first week of wearing it!!! and they said they can't return it becuase of their return policy (which they never mentioned to us!!!) so having no other option, they offered to fix it for us and call us in 2 days.. well 2 days passes, 10 days passes, 2 weeks passes then we pass by their store to find out what exactly is going on.. and they gave us the excuse of the holidays!! which by the way it was a week before thanksgiving that we gave them the ring! so having no other option, we go back again after a week only to find out that they have replaced the high quality diamond with a lousy low low grade (maybe even crystal) diamond!! thank God my husband is an expert in diamonds (had his own business) he caught that right away and accused them of trying to scam us!!!! and that we want our money back!!! they refused again! and the manager told us that the only thing they can do is send it again for a diamond replacement! i mean... how greedy and disgusting can you get!!! to not even save your damn business by offering a refund!!! NO!!! they didnt.. and insisted to fix it instead!

well after 3 weeks of having the ring at their shop.. they call us.. but we refused to pick up the ring since we got sick of their manupilation methods and filed a complaint with our credit card company and visa!!! and its now March, 20, 2009 and till this day they are going back and forth with Visa about their return policy!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS MERCHANT!!! THEIR BUSINESS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN for misleading their customers!!
