I use this company for all my oil changes. They are always quick and professional. I will not go anywhere else.
This is a dishonest and unethical business. Can't properly diagnos problems. Keep saying it needs additional repairs. Then when repairs are done and car still doesn't run properly they tell us they never said repairs would fix the problem. $1300 for a repair and they don't think they should fix problem. Can't get owner to return calls.

Every time my wife and I come in for an oil change we are in and out in 30 minutes or less. The prices are very affordable and the recommended services (with prices) help us plan for future repairs. Years ago (3+), I had one issue with an oil filter being screwed on too tightly. Other than that, I have nothing but positive things to say.
PLEASE learn from us and do NOT use these people!
We have given this place more second chances than they ever deserve...and they have disappointed us time and time again. We are finally fed up and are done! They fired the old manager (after he scammed us and others), and the new one hasn't been any better. Dishonest, no integrity, NEVER keeping their word...and the WORST part is, they say they are Christians! What hypocrites! They had our car for 5 days before a mechanic even looked at it! And then they had our car for 2 weeks, kept giving us the runaround, and it still isn't done! One example: They told us to call at 4 pm, and when we did they said they were closed. What?! That is so shady! You're fired!
Do not take your car there. They take advantage of women. Today I was told I needed a flush on my power steering and brake fluid. I was shown the fluids and was told they were dirty and needed to be flushed. Stupid me didn't know better. After had it cleaned took the car home and looked at it myself again it was exactly the same. Nothing was wrong with my car. Will not go back.

This place advertises $14.95 oil changes ... then they have an additional upcharge of $10 for the filter --- everyone sitting in the waiting room was told they would have pay an upcharge-- an additional $5.00 charge for "extra oil needed" and a $4.99 charge for something called shop maintenance ... which was a charge for putting a paper mat in the driver's side floor to keep the carpet from getting dirty. Buyer beware with these folks. I will not use their services again and I will certainly tell friends and acquaintances of the incredible add-on expenses/ pricing practices at Precision Tune.

VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY!!! I went to have my routine oil change. NOTE - that I had just spend $1500 having my 2000 honda maintenance done by a family mechanic and it was in perfect condition when entering for an oil change. I was soon requested to come to my car by a technician at Precision for a terrible oil leak that I knew did not exsist! I told 2 techs and the service manager that was not true and mentioned the recent maintenance so they backed off. I immediately complained to the manager in the front office what I was told and also told him that I better not have a leak. I paid my bill and left. I parked down the street on a white vacant parking lot, within 10 minutes, a large puddle of oil was under my car. I immediately took it back and the service mananger came running out and said we'll fix it. He wouldn't even let me explain because he knew why I was back!! Yes, they tightened whatever but I will never go back and will continue telling everyone they will RIP YOU OFF!!!
