I was looking for a nice sit-down experience, something different than my usual....AND....someplace I could eat at given I have lots of food allergies. I just happened to see Nicky V's when turning at the traffic light on Coors and ?? (where Target is). We stopped in there. The place looked somewhat busy, but not overly so. when we went in it smelled good and the place looked clean. We ordered a pizza, "the Lobo" substituting prosciutto instead of sausage. I was very pleasantly surprised at how good it was. all the ingredients tasted fresh, the crust wasn't too thick, perfect sauce, not too sweet. Just great pizza.My service was OK. A young fella flirting with his co-workers instead of checking my empty tea glass irritated a little, but he must have regrouped because after that he was really good. We took our time and were not rushed. Things to know:...the place didn't look very big..maybe a total of 30 people could be in there at a time... They took my debit card as payment. The pizza was great, you gotta try it.
