Provided by YP.comI purchased my Infiniti in 2008 From Passport and love my EX35. Friends have often chided me for sticking with the dealer for service beyond warranty....I stay because I find service quality after warranty is even more important and they a terrific service team led in my case by Jon Connor. e.g., I was having problem with fuel gauge, on inspection they found that the gauge and fuel tank had been damaged likely by pothole or object from the road and both needed replacing ( a very expensive proposition). Jon helped me with insurance company on the spot and concerned for my safety gave me use of a loaner car. when the used parts provided by insurance company arrived, the Infiniti team checked them out and identified serious defect. Result, they refused the part and my Infiniti rep worked directly with insurance company on my behalf to replace...all the while keeping me informed and with use of car. They always have my interest in mind and Jon exemplifies the highest professionalism.

Provided by YPmobileI recently went to Nissan looking for a truck. I was greeted by Nasser at the door and he pointed me in the direction of the trucks. He discussed my needs and helped me find the right fit. We even searched to find a color I wanted. When I voiced.my.concern over vehicle length he let me sign a waiver so I could check my driveway with the vehicle to avoid problems with my HOA. The negotiations were simple and the dealership gave a fair price for my trade in with minimal back and forth, all of this before the painful credit check process. Once we had an agreement on price they quickly processed the paperwork. Sarah the finance manager was helpful and made sure I knew what coverage I had and the overall cost. Before I left the sales manager came and made sure I was happy as well. This has been the least stressful car buying experience I have ever had!! Now I have a vehicle that's a great fit and drives nice with 4x4 capabilities much less than some of the competition I shopped around with who didn't have anything in.inventory to test drive. I highly recommend passport if you are considering a Nissan.

Our salesman was great! As were the other people we dealt with --financing and the manager. I have owned/leased 5 infinitis and this was the first from this dealer. We went back within a week and bought another one the service was so great!

While we were visiting northern Virginia, we found this dealership on the internet. We were looking for a used EX35. Passport Infinity had several in stack as well as an extremely helpful website. Our salesman, Yamil, was super....very knowledgeable, interesting, patient and customer service oriented. When we met Chris, the used car manager, I thought, oh no, here we go with the usual "car dealership routine". I was so wrong! Chris was extremely personable and HELPFUL throughout the ENTIRE process

I've been shopping for a new car for a few weeks & thought I had actually decided on another make & model until I went to Passport Infiniti. Went there just on a whim & was quickly sold on an EX35 with the excellent service from Yamil & Brian.

Very low pressure. Excellent Internet dept. Victoria Anderson (my salesperson) was great. I explained what I was looking for and she helped me select the right car without trying to push a more expensive model. At no time did I feel that I would lose the deal if I didn't buy that day; this dealership's staff is proud of their product and confident in its ability to sell. I'll be a repeat customer.

Service prices are about right for a dealership with a $50 oil change. I don't have a problem paying a little more for the service there when they know those cars. I'm able to have them check on little warranty issues at the same time. Service prices are cheap compared to other luxury brands. Check out the oil change prices on a Mercedes. Not good. The people are good and work is completed the first time. I'm overall very happy with the dealership.

My first service experience at Passport Infinity. I had purchased my 2008 G35-S from Tyscons Infinity, their service department leaves alot to be desired - worst of all, their dirty, sticky loaners...barf. At Passport, my rep (Kevin Hall) was exceptionally expert on my vehicle - really understood the mechanicals, very knowledgable and most helpful. Terrific guy, reminded me that my inspection sticker had expired, told me not to worry about the loud tranny bearings, and so on and so on. Your waiting room was very, very compfortable with web access in a quiet room. Nice touch. And the download coupon - saved $50.00 on the spot. Now thats service... I know where I am going next time!

Within a week, we had a small glitch and needed a replacement part and a manual. Thanks to TONY, in the Parts Department, we do not have a glitch any more. All is well. He took care of it! And did I mention that Dorothy did a great job with all of the paperwork? Well, she did!

Today I bought my first car from this dealership. I had a very pleasant experience and everyone was very kind and helpful. The car was just as I had expected, used with only minimal wear. I also traded in my old car for this car and they were very helpful during that process. I would recommend them to other buyers.

"I recently bought a 2010 Infiniti G37xS AWD Sedan. As a member of USAA, I was able to get the vehicle ~$4,000.00 under MSRP, and ~$1,400 under invoice. It was such a great deal, that I had to pounce on it. Tommy Smith was very patient, knowledgeable and understanding throughout the whole process. When I asked him a question, he gave me efficient answers. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I went to the dealership on Sunday needing a vehicle to drive to Norfolk to ensure I was at work on time by Monday morning. Brian Harrigan gave me the OK to take the car on a 24hr overnight drive permit with agreement to come back the next day to hash out the final financial aspect. I am very appreciative that they did that for me because I dont think my car would have made the trip. Donna Mosley was exceptional. I got the maintenance premium package, a steal of a deal. She lowered my interest rate to make the loan more affordable and really looked out for me. I am very grateful to the above mentioned

Provided by YP.comIf you want to buy a car do yourself a favor and stay away from here. They do whatever they can to oversell you. They need to step back and look at how they handle their customers. I would rather buy a kia than deal with this staff.
