      Terrible customer service. No refunds policy, only store credit and then only on books, everything else is all sales final, no matter what a clerk might tell you before you buy. I asked ahead of time about returning an item as was told no problem, only to find out when I tried to return it it was non returnable. The clerk was rude and dismissive.
