Oh my God, worst business EVER!!! Do not even think about taking your equipment to this incompetent establishment! They are rude, slow and deceptive. I took my equipment up there over two weeks ago, called several days later and no answer. Called again the next day, twice. No answer. Finally got an answer the next day, the woman says "Can you hold please", and puts me on hold before I get a chance to say anything. Over five minutes.....waiting...waiting...waiting...8 minutes....waiting...waiting...waiting...
Never did get an answer. I hung up and called back. No answer.
Really. It's disgusting. I'll NEVER take my equipment back here. I'll buy new equipment before I let these amateurs work on my stuff again. If you're that busy, hire more people. Or GET OUT OF BUSINESS!!!
No promised repair after 6 weeks. Nothing good. At the quick pick-up, they promised a mower tune-up in approx. 2 1/2 weeks. After one month we received a call that they had finally looked at it and would be ordering a belt to arrive in a couple of days. When the mower was still not fixed by the next week, we went to the shop because they don't answer the phone. The part was finally found after a search. They have not completed the simple task required nor the tune-up. They wont' return a call from a message left last week and now the VM is full. To say they are poorly managed is an understatement. At this point, it seems our mower is being held hostage and our grass literally is thigh high. This is nearly criminal theft by deception and not just a busy season or incompetence.

Beware warranty service here-.got ripped and later they admitted they wouldn't have been paid enough labor $ to replace parts under warranty. $650 pack pack blower under warranty, they replaced with a $150 piece of junk (and kept my unit to boot w/expensive engine) and different manufacturer *they blamed on manufacture during the process using the cheep sub division item replacement). Tried to make me buy a new one outright at $400 my cost 1st. Attempted repair went on for weeks!! I called manu. 1 month after when new item failed operating and they told me a different story that Tom's refused to do the repair and negotiated the cheep replacement unit (with manu.) which equated the parts replacement price.Toms should do warranty service or not...they shouldn't have any say in changing the warranty rules and further lie and get away with it!! Its always about money not the customer's rights/money. They did not comply with the federal Magnumsom Moss Act/.hind site is 2020

Tom's made me a loyal custermer for life: I Called and asked how much to replace a starter cable, they gave me a quote and said bring it in to look at. When I did he said it wasn't broke and reattached the cable for me and even asked someone for a second opinion and he suggested I put some duck tape around it to hold it in place at NO CHARGE. Very honest and helpful. I would refer them to anyone!
