The staff isn't very professional, the owner is horrible and they have no business dealing with elderly people.

They sent my grandfather to Sinai H. because he was having trouble breathing. They never notified us. He died the next day with noone at his side because we weren't told that he had been transported to the hospital. Three days later when a family member called to check up on him, we found out he was dead and in the hospitals freezer. This is not a place to place your loved ones.
