I took my f150 4x4 in on 8-25-10 for an alighnment. They told me it would take aprox. 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Ended up taken 2 hours only to get my truck back with them telling me it has a slight drift and the steering wheel is mis aligned now. They told me that could note be corrected. I have since tlaked to other shops that have said they could correct the problem. The tire store was just tired if me because they were doing it for free to because the last alignment they done my new tires only lasted 34,000 miles. I would not recommend doing business with this company. They don't stand behind their work.
