Rude, dishonest about services....won't go back.

This is the worst car wash to which I have ever been! The employees gave me misinformation about their services.I thought I was paying for a full service clean inside my car for $30.00. But the employees only gave me a very light vacuum and tire wash. When I asked them to do the service I paid for, they informed me that I did not purchase that service- even though the employee specifically told me to buy that one for a full inside cleaning. The "manager" informed me of that fact and claimed that I was trying to steal from him. When I tried to explain, he dragged me over to the touch screen where you pay for services to "show" me what it says. He was yelling at me and never allowed me to explain that his employee pushed all of the buttons and I simply paid. The "manager" then informed me that he was the owner. He would not give me his name, nor would his employees. I am tired of businesses treating people any way they wish and think that there will be no repercussions! My mistake was in believing that they would deal honestly with me. They did not even do a good job on the vacuuming. I had to finish the service for which I paid myself. If you read this, please drive by this car wash and inform them that you know how they treat their customers and you will never do business there!

I won't give them another dime...

Paid $14 to get the tires done. After the car wash, I was told the machine did the tires. To have someone wipe them down, it would cost an extra $5 which I paid. So, while they were working on the tires, I grabbed the vac and started cleaning the interior. Next thing I know, this rude little woman ran out of the building and snatched the vacuum from my hand and said "this for VIP". I paid $21 for a simple wash....what constitutes a VIP?!? She was possibly the rudest person I have every encountered. From one Manager to another, she should really work on her customer service skills. I can't say they are lacking because they quite simply do NOT exist.

Had my car detailed three times by them. Excellent work and they're thorough. They could be friendlier, but they weren't rude. I'm quite satisfied with their service.

DO NOT GO THERE!! The people are very rude and don't have the basic courtsey.



When I complained that my car was had some scratches, the owner/manager became very aggressive and said that there is no way his wash can cause scratches even before looking at my car. When he saw what I had on the car...he simply said there is no way his wash was responsible for it. He did not even spend any time in checking the spots/scraches closely and asked me to do whatever I wanted to and walked away. After he walked away I took a closer look at the scratches and realized that they are just bird poop and the carwash obviously didn't clean and neither did the guys who clean the car before/after the car goes through thewash tunnel. So I went back inside to show the owner/manager what it really was and that is when he said that my $14 would not pay for cleaning the bird poop. I need to use my finger nails to get it off..and he does not have finger nails in his car wash. At that point I was very frustrated with this guy and asked him about the customer service...he said that this is how they treat their customers. And he even got very close to me in a very threatning way and used very abusive language.



So go this place at your own risk. If you do go there..don't complain. If you do complain..be prepared to face some rude people. And if you do face the rude people be prepared to listen to some very bad language..
