Dr. Moorcroft came highly recommended to us by another family seeking treatment for PANS in their children. In our initial appointment he took the time to go over our son's history, current status, and possible treatment options. The doctor's knowledge of treatment options, and how each of them effects the body differently was impressive. We then went over what we felt would be the best protocol for our situation, with Dr. Moorcroft taking the time to answer all of our questions. After the appointment, we felt reassured and confident that we had might the right decision seeking help from Dr. Moorcroft.

Dr. Tom is a unicorn in the world of Lyme treatment. He is the fourth Lyme doctor I have worked with and is by far the most down-to-earth, compassionate, and supportive provider I have known. He is incredibly knowledgeable and is always seeking new information and learning new methods for treating this disease. His commitment to providing quality care is truly remarkable. He takes the time to explain my condition and my options thoroughly, listens fully to my needs and my own understanding of what is happening in my body, and ultimately leaves the power for decision-making and self-directed healing in my hands. Dr. Tom has helped our family tremendously in identifying accurate diagnosis and establishing individualized treatment plans for all of our children. We have been struggling for many years with three children who have been diagnosed with PANDAS/PANS and there was always a missing piece of the puzzle in terms of underlying infection. It only took Dr. Tom one appointment to order the correct tests and identify the underlying infection, which was overseen by previous doctors.
