Based on how the owner spoke down to my wife and harassed her, lied numerous times about pricing, did not complete the job, and even voice recorded himself telling us that he "completed a list of items for free" and then documented himself via email and text trying to charge us for them... I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The employees were very respectful though and even apologized for the actions of the owner but that is the only positive takeaway. The actual interior painting came out really well and we complimented the owner and his team throughout the project on how everything was turning out.

Unfortunately, the project was never completed and I did ask the owner to leave my house after he tried repeatedly to pick an unnecessary fight (and voice record it) with my wife over the work he did not complete and was yelling at her and calling her a liar. He wanted to start a fight so we would kick him out of our house as he did not want to finish the job (get all his tools back out) as he was late for another job.

We tried to pay him for what he completed and he refused to accept payment as he wanted to leave without payment so he could threaten us and harass us with "I am not worried about getting payment! I will get it! You'll see!" This was a very unprofessional experience and the owner was extremely aggressive. We almost called the police.

AWFUL! we contracted with ARC to remove all popcorn ceiling, remove wall paper and paint entire house. Horrible job! popcorn knockdown left everywhere (on top of closet organizers, light fixtures, ceiling fans) inside of closets not painted (they forgot). Paid in full, have Anthony come back out to "fix" the paint issues. Very Rude and confrontational. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Yikes.... My experience was horrible and I do not reccomend them.

Wall paper was painted over and not removed like contract stated...wall paper seams showing thru next day.

Bedroom ceiling not made smooth after popcorn ceiling removed...it is wavy.

Paint dripped and covering my electrical outlets.

Joint compound dumped down my drain... Air conditioning vents covered in white joint compound spackle dust...

Website advertises ARC painters as a family operation. Besides the initial estimate I never saw Anthony Caucci or anyone from his family over the course of six days it took his other workers to attempt to finish painting my home.

Too many things went wrong to list here. I paid in full the evening the job was done. Saw it in the daylight and was I shocked at how the paint job was sloppy and uneven.

I contacted Anthony Caucci the next day after I saw ARC painters attempted finish at my paint job and told him I was unhappy. He cashed my check anyway.

I have sloppy paint in my house. Does anyone know how to clean sloppy paint out of electrical outlets?

I am so impressed with Anthony, the owner of Arc Painting. I hired him without being able to even meet him. I was in Italy as we spend half the year there and I could not bear the thought of coming home to Florida to the awful paint job that we'd had another company do last year. My beautiful house had all sorts of brush marks and it even had bits of hair and dirt stuck to the walls. Some of the window frames were painted and there were paint stains all over the bathroom tiles. I did not think ANYONE could fix the mess that the last paint company had created until I spoke to Anthony. Within five minutes of speaking with him on the phone, all my concerns were alleviated. He sounded very knowledgable, very polite and courteous and he even guessed which company had painted my house last (he knows his stuff). I trusted him enough to meet with my lawyer who had a set of keys and to paint and fix my house without my being there. It looks better than EVER and he's Italian!! 5 stars Antonio
