OMG!!! FIRST VOYAGE WITH OUR CAMPER AND THE AWNING BROKE WITH THIS LITTLE RAIN! WE DROVE DOWN TO ALBANY RV AND THEY DONT HAVE ROOM FOR IT! WE CALLED THE SERVICE AND IT SAYS TO LEAVE A MESSAGE SO WE DID. THEY DIDNT LOOK at it & TOLD Us to DRIVE AWAY OR WE WILL BE TOWED . The sales manager with his attitude says your the third one today!! We only have 17 spots and you need to make an appointment. We were told when we bought it - anything just happens just bring it back. The awning hangs!!!!!! We had to bungee it in! Then has the nerve to compare it to a doctors office . Do you just show up , he doesn't know that answer has been yes and I smile and do my best! Not cocky and saying you need to go. He didn't say hello - just drive it back to where it came from PIttersvile. I just am irrate we do everything to accommodate all patients!!!! Now what do we do it's $100 charge to come to us. And we have to work. No one answers the phone and says all service is closed!!!!!!! Suggestions . Let's see what they do next!!!!

Had absolutely no problems with our purchase and delivery. We are in need of repairs and that's an entirely different matter. Their service department SUCKS!!! There is absolutely no organization, they have no clue what parts they have on hand and what they need to order for repairs. It's absolutely horrible.

Very disappointed with this business. Very disrespectful. Neither the sales person nor the finance person returned our calls or texts. After giving a deposit, we dis not hear back from them at all. We have called repeatedly. We decided to go back in and ask for our deposit back. When there, they couldn't find our information at first, then proceeded to tell me they processed a refund the day before and I should receive a check in the mail at some point!! Seriously?? If they had returned a call or been in contact they would have learned we planned on paying cash, so they just lost a HUGE sale. We will never return again.

I will never purchase an other rv from this place. It took from May 2016 till December 2016 to get approval from Jayco and to fix an issue with our drop down bunks on our 2016 Jay Feather 7 16XRB. Once fixed we noticed screws coming through the wall and contacted RVOne immediately. We were told by Betty that she ordered the part and that a repair person would come to us, being that we would be seasonal as of May 1,2017. After several phone calls between December 2016 and April 2017, we discover Betty is no longer with the company, she never ordered the part and no one supposedly knew anything about the issue. We were told the part was ordered in April of 2017 and that a repair person would still come to us. Here it is July of 2017 and the part is in but we are now being told that we either have to pay $100.00 for someone to come to us or tow it into the shop, because we do not have an extended warranty. This is not a Jayco issue, this is an issue with the work of the service repair person who replaced our bunk ends so why should we either pay you or tow it to you when your repair person screwed it up.

It's really hard to put in to words how much my husband and I appreciated Albany RV!It started with the sales person and right in down. They treated us with respect and showed us only units they thought we would be interested in; no pressure felt.Gave us what we wanted for trade in on our unit. The man that did our demo know the unit do well I wanted to bring him home with us to refresh us.I have already referred people to this dealership

After purchasing my 1st rv from Albany RV I figured we would go there for the second after finding the rv we wanted and putting our deposit on it we went forward with financing it in the midst of the financial part I call to follow up and they sold it to someone else. You are just a number they do not believe in loyal customers.

stay away. this place is awful. From the sales people not delivering on promised equipment and dates and then to warranty issues that the "NON SERVICE" dept addresses. Don't even try to contact their Service Dept.......no one will answer their phone...don't bother to use their "quick response form via the web"....been waiting 5 days for that. the only thing they responsd to is YOU showing up at their door.

Terrible service from the beginning. We went with Albany RV because a family member worked there and we thought we were being nice by doing business with the company. You are only a number to the sales people, just looking for a quick sale. They hound you until you sign papers then they can't be reached. Service is an even bigger joke. Found a slice in the screen door a few weeks after we picked up the unit (hadn't even used it), so we knew it was like that when we picked it up. Three months later and we are still trying to get the screen fixed. We have been on 3 camping trips with duct tape on our brand new camper! Terrible customer service, would never purchase another thing from them and would never recommend them to anyone.

I went with a friend of mine to pick up his new Travel Trailer at Albany RV. I never saw so much chaos in my life. It seemed to me all they wanted to do was sell, sell, sell. Workers running around everywhere. I tagged along with the person doing the walk through and he spent more time on his i-phone and getting interrupted then he did with us, and then he expected a tip. A problem was discovered with the awning and it was determined to be a bad motor in the awning. We were told it would be ordered the next business day and it was put in writting and a copy was given to my friend. He was also told it would be fixed at his house. Three weeks later and several phone calls, the Dealer refuses to order the part and fix the awning saying "that's the way it is". A service tech came today to verify it was the motor and said he doubts they will order one and that the radio is also missing an antenna and that won't get fixed either. Great customer service listed on there web site? I think no

Hi! Al and I are so pleased with our new 2011 Jayco Greyhawk 31SS we purchased at Albany RV -- great price. Shawn Keough has been wonderful to work with. What a great experience we had in the purchase of our recreational vehicle! We especially want to thank Albany RV for the extraordinary service we received from sales, set-up, and service departments. If you're looking to purchase a recreational vehicle, I would highly recommend Albany RV as the place to go. Dorothy & Al

My husband and I bought a Class A five years ago from Albany RV. We have found the service department to be fair and they are always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done! The people in that department are very friendly and take the time to explain any issues we have with our R V.
