Hey , My Name is George Taylor Everytime I come to Publix Everyone is nice, Friendly , Saturday Some very Good leadership came to my attention I was waiting in line with a cart full of Groceries ,There was a young lady name Shanteria She seemed very concerned of why I was waiting in line ,I told her that there was no more lanes open. She immediately took me to Register She had just Open . I use to shop at Kroger but I don't think I will receive customer service like this any other store

My experience with THE BAKERY WAS FANTASTIC! I sampled cakes at a couple gourmet bakeries for my students' piano recital, but they were way, too sweet. I went to Publix instead and the cake was delicious, the rave of the guests. I had a vanilla sheet cake with a delicious pineapple filling that had chunks of authentic taste/textured pineapple. The sour cream frosting was delicious as well. The bakery staff were courteous and I gave them a copy of my program to match the colors. To my amazement when I went to pick up my cake, they had also incorporated some of the design elements from the program. The cake was beautiful, elegant, and tasted just the same. A great experience and I will use the Publix Bakery on Glenwood Road again and again! Thank you for making my event completely lovely! G Cheptu
