I wouldn't advise anyone to live in Oakridge apartments!! They don't up keep the property at all the grass and hedges are never cut properly. They have not upgraded since the place has been build which is well over 20 years ago! You can barely drive in the driveway without running into pot holes, which they refuse to fix! But yet and still keep going up on the rent every year. The owner of the property takes the money that Oakridge residents pay every month and uses it to build other properties and fix up properties that they own in better neighborhoods!

Don't move there run the other way because the apartment manager don't care about the up keep of the apartments, All the windows are missing there shutters or are hanging upside down, The men that come cut the grass don't do a good job, It's crash everywhere and cars don't run are taking up parks and the back 300 building is nothing but a hangout spot for thugs and drug dealer it's very unsafe and the landlord doesn't enforce any rules. It's some good people that stay out there but there getting ran off by all the loud hangouts an violences and uncleanness
