When order was not sent till Jan - called them , gave different card information, was told not to worry - and then they still billed old CC. Now I am paying extra fees on it. Thanks Keen's Depot. My feeling now is - you just don't care about customers.

Just picked up new Rock River AR, nobody in Louisville had these, great price, my only complaint was I had to park across the street because the parking lot was full.

Got an AR 15. Pay about 480 for it an it stared jaming with in 6 monts

Went there looking for a 22 and bought one that was marked $209 got it home and it wouldnt fire they wouldnt return the gun so i had to send it in to the company. When i checked my receipt they had charged me $220+ tax for the gun. Selling me a gun for a diff price and one that didnt fire has left a sour taste in my mouth...i dont think i will go back. Called to let them know about the overcharge and was told oh well the price must have gone up in the computer....well then how about changing the tag on your guns?

Been there a couple of times; Good selection , Fair Prices just don't like the fact they charge 3% more if you use a credit card.

I just left there and it was not a goog shopping trip. The store is great with alot of product but the service is bad..I ask for some help and was told he didn't jump from customer to customer,the smart mouth didn't listen to the fact that I was the third in the store and now there was 15-20 and the salesmen just went to who they wanted.I drove ther twice to buy two guns(they have good prices) but the trip from Louisville is to far for this kind of service.Thank you, John.

I have been in this store many times. I watched the salesmen and owner. They treated everyone the same; those that knew and collected guns and they had a lot of patience with those that it was evident did not know diddly about guns. They have good prices and they are firm, you will get the same price as everyone else. They were very knowledgable and upfront with pros and cons of different firearms. They also have an amazing assortment of guns, ammo and shooting supplies. Over the last few months I have bought 6 firearms from them, both new and used. I trust them; what you see and hear is what you will get.

Every time I've been to Keene's they've had what I was looking for and for a good price. They have a HUGE selection and a knowledgeable staff!! Love the store!

I ordered on the phone. Got there address, but when I called a week later they said, OH!, we don't get mail here! You have to send mail to ouor P.O. Box." Which they did not tell me. Now I have a large money order somewhere in the mail. Thanks so much.

VERY good selection. They literally have hundreds of guns others say you can not find do to the current administration. These same dealers raise the price on the three guns they have in stock and tell you it will be six months to get anything else in. Not at Keene's though. If there is any doubt, just call them and ask what they have in stock.Really no need to price match, they do you right. The web page is non-existent and they say they have been working on it Forever. They like to sell guns and are just good local people.As for the review previous: If a gun is returned, it has to be sold as used. Often, the only way to return it is to give it back at about half you paid for it. This is impractical and most dealers just won't take it back. Remember all the paperwork you filled out to get the gun, it shows up as used from now on, kind of like a car.Go here, you will be amazed what others lie to you about.
