Water still not turned on in house I moved into. Was supposed to be turned on May 3, 2009. No one answers phone when called. Not at all impressed with Biloxi or the Biloxi City water department. Do you have any idea what it is like to live in a house that has NO water? No number to call for an emergency either. I think this is an emergency. I work and am unable to call until after 5:00 PM.
