I went and bought 2 cars from this dealership on 8/18/2015 and spent $4600.00 dollars. I should have checked them out myself. I kick myself everyday for not checking them out first. I will never do this again. But as soon as I got them a friend that has been a mechanic for 20 years told me that both of them have head gaskets that are going to blow and Florida does not have a lemon law I work hard for my money and other people do also. I will have to try to sell them now for less money because of the issues they have because I will have to be honest about the problems with the cars. I'm also having trouble getting the title from them because I've heard they take their time. BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! FIND ANOTHER CAR DEALER THAT HAS A BETTER REPUTATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You put a couple grand on a down payment and then pay the weekly payments for about 8-9 months, and then they start harrassing you for any little thing to try to reposse the vehicule. Now I have to concel the vehicule at night for fear of repossing it, even though I am current on my weekly payments!!! Every time I go make a payment at the valrico place I see people complaining to the lady in the window for reposseing their car without reason...I wish I would of read the reviews before commiting myself to pay for a car that I fear, I will never own!!!

DO NOT go to this place to get a vehicle! They will rip you off, and tell you things that are not true. They will also yell, and call you names when trying to find out why you have extra charges on your account. This "new" finance place Financial General they use is a complete JOKE! Rude employees, and will refuse payments when you try to make them. My sister in-law got a truck from them on the 25th of May. She gave them an 1100.00 down payment with the understanding that she gets paid every 2 weeks. Well they repossessed her truck last night June 9th because she missed 2 payments and was 100.00 short on her down payment. When asked why there was an additional 100.00 they couldn't tell her, because Financial General doesn't have her paperwork yet. Well they refused payment from her debit card for the 200.00 (100.00 extra and 2 weeks payments) and came and picked up her truck last night. They are also charging her for a new tag. She turned her paperwork in for the transfer of her old one, and they claim its "company policy" to charge this flat rate for a tag even if you have your own tag. So if you don't want to get ripped off or jerked around, find another car lot to do business with!

This place is a freaking Joke!!! It is run by a bunch of lying scam artists! They make a ton of promises and dont follow through with any of them. They give a bad name and rep to the legit car salesman out there.

These people do not even deserve one star. They lied to me about fixing my A/C, a week after I drove it off the lot it wouldn't even blow hot air!!! There is a gas leak which brought the fire department to my complex! The wind shield wipers are falling off and one of my tires were flat a few days after I bought it. The other tires are pretty bad also. One mechanic said that I would need a new engine. The clutch rattles like crazy. The odometer doesn't even work. All I can say is that these guys took me for a lot of money and now I'm stuck because Florida doesn't protect people who buy used cars from these shady dealers. They shouldn't even be able to be in business, they are crooks that steal money from hard working people! Don't buy a car from AL, he's the owner of this most crooked business!!!

I wasn't surprised when I read the other review about this dealer. I went there one day to look at a car and the saleman couldn't even start the car. One look at their inventory and the sales staff would make one very suspicious of anything they sell. Some of the cars on the lot give you the appearance of looking OK on the outside but once you look inside, you should know enough to leave. You know the old saying, "Buyer Beware"? It sure is true about this shady dealership.
