This was the worst experience I would want to have ever. After losing our son I thought the funeral home would be willing to be considerate. This was not the case, they were fradulant with the charges that they were processing. And would not be upfront about broken down charges on what we were paying for. Also they took cards that our guests were to give us during a viewing and didnt tell us. The only way we knew was because our friends told us they took the cards. Which had over 400 dollars cash in them so they were nervous we didnt have them. Also they were 45 minutes late to set up the funeral so they were setting up as people were coming. They lack professionalism and are not caring, as I would figure a funeral home would be.
