She was not only competent in her duties but she has a very endearing personality, which contributes to an intangible and rare experience.Initially I was hesitant about taking out a loan, i.e., what if I don't get the loan, what if it isn't enough! But Keshia helped to put me as well as my anxieties at ease. She turned what was an anxious moment into a very pleasurable experience.
