My husband has a fedral issued credit card because he cant get a checking or savings at any bank so he has been going to pnc bank in clayton nc for over a year and every time he gos in on the 3 of the month there is a black lady that is a lead tell i think that everytime she always gives him touble she knows him we are going to call ssd and complain about pnc bank i think she is not a good customer service person.
