      Update on Futon Review: We contacted the futon manufacturer, sent some more photos, and then heard back from Oak Tree. The owner stopped by to inspect the futon, and agreed with us that it was not our fault. There are two, plastic slide clips that were installed in the wrong place, causing undue stress on the rail that led to the fracture. At any rate, the owner was very apologetic and took the time to personally make things right. We got our sofa repaired, a formal letter of apology and a gift certificate for our troubles. It's too bad we had to go through all of this to come to a place of agreement, but in the end, he dealt with us in a fair, honest and responsible manner.
