Very Poor Very Poor. My husband bought a vehicle on August 15th and as of today..September 5th the engine light is now on in the vehicle. We are now in the shop at a price of $660.00 and we have not even made a payment yet.When we spoke to the manager, we were told sorry it is not our problem now. Very frank and uncaring. I was in a terrible situation , I had bad credit and absolutely no one would help me get a car or even acted like they would. I met Jamiethe Internet manager, such a nice and handsome young man, very professional. He introduced me To Larry and he showed me vehicles, I thought I could never get. I gave my 500 down and drove away in a 2014 Toyota Camry. I could afford it and I was not in a upside car, bc of my bad credit. I think this place comes highly recommended. I have been to a few high end dealerships and the services was less then half of what I got here! I love this place from the moment I walked in... I was greeted right at the door when I walked in, and it went smoothly from there. They worked with me and they weren't trying to "put me in something" I didn't want, that I could afford, they put me in something I wanted and and assisted me in the affordability. They worked for me from the time i walked in until the time I left! This was my first car buying experience and it was their sales and customer service that will keep me coming back. :)
