(More) I used to eat at applebees years ago, only twice because of their very poor quality of steaks and i quit going there. this happened in tomball,tx, and some town in oklahoma. i tried a week ago in the one in conroe,tx and the first steak i ordered med rare, came out hard, tough and very done. they brought the second and it must have been micowaved and then used a hot rod to put 3 grill marks on it. It was the slighted pink on the inside and very hard to cut and very tough and when i asked the waitress why wasn't the steaked white on the outside and she said that since i asked for med rare, they could't leave it on the grill very long. it was a lie to cover up the quality of the meat and the way it was microwaved. When you grill a steak, a cook with any brains knows that the hoter and faster you grill a steak, it will be the right way it was ordered and have a dark outside and very very pink on the inside. This has happened at every applebees that i have eaten at, I will not go back!!!! (Hide)
