      Since I no longer live in Erie, I come back every year to get my hair permed. They do such a good job! I have never found a good place in Columbus, OH where I live now, that does such a great job! Total E-Clips is so professional and has good prices! My wedding party and I got our hair done there for my wedding almost 10 years ago now. They did a great job then and they are still doing their best now!
