I have the feeling there is a fatal flaw in the Time Warner customer relations model. The sales reps and techs seem like reasonable. polite people but I have trouble getting clear answers about my choices. The sales reps keep coming back to me with MORE TV for about the same money whereas I'd like less TV for less money. The website is not much help either. I'd like to be an informed consumer. Time Warner is not making that easy. Yes, I miss Insight. The really scary thought is that Comcast (possible merger/takeover) has a worse reputation than Time Warner....HELP!

These people are crooks. They tried double billing when I moved. They are thieves. They think we are stupid and don't look at our bill. TWCrooks come get your equipment out of my house and shove it !!!!

For over a month we have been having problems with our internet. We have had six home visits. Each time the technician tells us he has fixed the problem. No such luck. The people in tech support have used terms like 'unacceptable', but no one can seem to fix the problem. We have had 3 new modems, new wiring, an admission that the problem is not in the house but in their line. They finally managed to get it working for 3 whole days. Then Friday the problem started up again. I called tech support. They could see the problem. The excuse this time was that when they fixed the line problem they needed to tweak the modem. But evidently the tech 'forgot'. The soonest they could get a tech out will be Monday. So all weekend with our modem constantly rebooting itself. Funny that it would run for several days with no problem after fixing the line and then decide that it needed adjustment. And almost no internet all weekend long. For this I have received $2.97 credit. Just bad.

Lately their customer service has improved. I love the TWC TV app that allows me to watch my shows where ever I go from my smart phone. And best of all it was free! Plus I have been using their Start Over feature a lot because I tend to always lose track of time and miss the first few min of my shows lol its nice to just be able to rewind live TV. Love it.

We were transferred from insight to time warner cable. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. We had an issue with our cable and were unable to get through to a customer service representative for 2 and a half weeks on multiple phone lines listed for Time Warner. We would be on hold for over 30 minutes at a time and we would get through they would either hang up on us or transfer us somewhere else where no one would ever answer! Supervisors were unable to help. They even tried to sell me internet instead of helping me with the issue we had. Unbelievable and very frustrating! Save yourself the trouble! I would give it zero stars if it would let me.

This product is TERRIBLE!

Their phone service is absolutely terrible. Had nothing but problems as soon as I switched to their service. Had my residential home number listed as a business and had my first name listed as my last and vise versa. They said phone service would only be $30 per month, but they added additional fees on there. I expected taxes and the 911 fee but not a line charge just to use the phone line and a universal connectivity fee in which they could not explain. Several issues with the phone itself such as: 25% of the time "no data" would show up on the caller id, voicemail does not pick up sometimes, no indication if there is a voicemail, and when I call someone it says burlington, ky and not our name. Worst decision I have ever made to use this product. The cable service was mediocre at best. Paid for HD channels, but would not get them because of what they called a "coding error".
