I would not recommend this particular BB&T. The tellers are not friendly. They act like you are inconveniencing them when you go in. This is the only bank I have been to that has trouble calculating change due back.

This bank caused my son and myself more trouble than we care to correct. I consigned for a car and they gave him the title and then turned the account in as delinquent. After digging forever we finally found the last payment receipt. They said they would take care of the credit report findings which no doubt were there. The cooperation and help was like we created the monster and for us to correct it. They finally wrote one of t he three credit bureaus but said they couldn't contact the other 2 to get that off our credit report.That was only one of about four situations and if you care to discuss them you can contact me at , it will not let me apply my email address but let's try this, runlikedodge at hotmail and I'll be glad to fill you in.
