Rudae's School of Beauty Culture, Inc., was established in 1959 in Lafayette, IN. The main campus was moved to the present location in Kokomo in January 1998. The Fort Wayne branch campus was opened in February 1998 and has now become the main campus. We provide up-to-date courses of instruction that will equip and prepare our students for a successful career in the beauty industry. Our aim is to provide training needed for each student to realize their full potential as a professional Cosmetologist, Manicurist or Aesthetican. Today there is a dramatic shortage of hairstylists, aestheticians, manicurists, and salon professionals, offering a very unique opportunity with "ZERO UNEMPLOYMENT." In the late 90's, the average base income per full-time employee was estimated to be about $32,000. The average for salon employees was $16.92 per hour. The average for all salon professionals was $18.54 per hour while salon owners averaged $22.03 per hour. In the 21st century, Cosmetology has become a very respected career where the list of opportunities are endless. Here are a few of your Cosmetology career options: ?Hairstylist ?Salon Manager ?Aesthetician ?Make-Up Artist ?Cosmetology School Owner ?Director of Education ?Cosmetology School Instructor ?Manufactures Sales ?Image Consultant ?Hair/Perm Specialist ?Beauty Care Product Distributor ?Platform Artist/Educator Salon of Day Spa Owner ?Nail Care Artist/Manicurist ?Salon Sales Consultant ?Photo & Movie Stylist ?Beauty Magazine Writer/Editor ?Representative You will get hands on training, study time, and on the floor actual training. Come in and check us out, and make an appointment to see one of the Staff. They will be more then happy to talk, and most of all listen to you.

There is this guy un Fort Wayne named Ed Birmingham. He starts his classes on OCT 11 2011. I have had my nails done by him and his art work that is just mind blowing. Never knew a male could be a nail art master. -Jody and her sisters
