Very rude Administrator who met me in the elevator aggressively asking who I was and who I was here to see, then telling me I had to check in with the front desk. I came in through the back door- no one was at the desk- and there are no signs posted to do so. Funny thing though- I did not see a badge on him stating his name or title. It would have been so much more professional if he were to explain the visiting rules, and how to follow them instead of badgering me with 30 questions and pointing his finger in my face. If I had a loved one staying in this facility- they would have been moved within the hour! Please consider before placing your loved one in this facility.
