Extremely disappointed by the "customer service" in this store - I had received a Gift Certificate for Christmas, and I had to tear a "salesman" away from a conversation he was having with a co-worker - he was not pleased, but we needed help After reluctantly answering questions about a few printers, he was totally aghast that my husband and I would expect him to carry the printer we decided to purchase to the check out counter at the front of the store. I ended up carrying it myself. Bottom line: If you choose to shop at Best Buy, save yourself a lot of aggravation and shop online.

I spend a huge amount of money in there and I still get the sane crapy customer service they are rude and don't seem like they really care about the store itself. I am almost hesitant to go and buy something from them because of my experiences with the employees additudes. They are competent but unfortunatly have bad additudes.
