My old operating system was Windows Vista, could no longer support most of what I needed. Brought my old desk top in and CTR transferred all of my important things to updated Rebuilt system that was reasonably priced. Hooked every thing up at home and had no problems at all. All worked with no problems, painless. Thank You

Wow what an amazing service for an affordable price! The owner is very knowledgeable about everything in the computer realm and provides excellent customer service. I have been using them for the last three-five years and I am always impressed with the good service I receive when I need someone to fix one of the many computers I have at home. Most of the time my computers run a bit faster and the added programs are not bad either since they always helped me out as a college student (researching and doing other school-related work 24/7 online and writing on the side like short stories or fanfiction). I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a friendly, reliable company to fix their computer and where the repair cost and time are reasonable. I will definitely use CTR Computers again in the near future :).

Over the holidays, I need a laptop with more capability than I had. I traded my laptop for another plus a little extra. Good deal I felt. We also took in our desk top for updating and are happy with the results. We are planning on using CTR for future help.

Holy jeez. I sent in my laptop to be repaired due to a hard drive issue, but as soon as I got it back, it was considerably slower and far less responsive than when I had ever used it last. CTR Computers was very quick with their replacement, however they loaded my laptop with completely useless programs to the point where I couldn't even open the internet. Thanks to some people online with my phone I was able to get it operating some-what normally again. Still, I would never recommend this company to anyone ever at all...

I went in with my laptop and had them try and fix it. Yeah I said it "TRY". My laptop was running really slow, web cam was not working, and my touch screen stopped working. I took it in and they told me that they could NOT A) fix my web cam. So they gave me a cheep web cam that I have to hook up to my laptop and said this is going to have to do. B) Told me that they can NOT fix my touch screen. And C) They couldn't fix my internet speed. All they did was charged me $200.00 for them to take apart my laptop and put it back together and tell me they could NOT fix it. Also they are really hard to get ahold of. You can NEVER get ahold of them on the phone, and they are never on time for work. If I could I wouldn't give them any stars. The only reason I gave them one is so I can write a review. hly recommended because.

I had CTR repair a custom built desktop for me. The initial repair failed (motherboard replacement) but they stood behind their guarantee and have fixed the problem. I will use them again but I hope not to soon.

How I wish there was someone in my house who could repair computers for me! But, since there's not... These guys were great! Really, they took time to explain everything to me and repaired our desktop, restoring our hard drive after saving important information I had almost lost. But what's more, is that they let me use their high speed internet to download the games my kids play, which would have taken days and used all my data if I had done it at home. Additionally, they stayed open longer than their normal hours to accommodate me! Their down to earth, laid back personalities made me feel comfortable and gave me confidence in them.

I had a computer built by CTR computers. I was misled by all the great reviews. I could never get ahold of them by phone, I always had to leave messages and wait for a call back. Took forever to finish the job, and I had wires hanging everywhere and programs installed that I did not want, and wasn't asked if I did. Also wouldn't install all my parts for me, so I ended up installing it myself and re-doing all the wiring. Would not recommend.

CTR Computers provided exceptional customer service and support. Very forthcoming with all information on repairs expected and followed up with providing more information to ensure proper care and maintenance of my laptop. Very affordable and more than a fair price. I definitely recommend.

We bought a computer offline, and when we received it, saw that the OS needed to be reinstalled. After calling around & finding out most places charged well over $100, we took it to OfficeMax who kept it for 4 days before telling us they couldn't figure it out. We found CTR in the phonebook on a Saturday afternoon. We called them, they answered & even came out to our house! Keith had it up & running within a day, and he & Lynn delivered it to us before the weekend was through! All for WAY less than what we were quoted everywhere else!! Not only did they do an amazing job for a MORE than fair price, they also made us two new disks, added spyware & antivirus programs, printed up information for us, picked up & delivered our computer, and were kind, knowledgeable,honest, friendly, professional AND fun to talk to -- and all this on a weekend to boot!! We will NEVER use anyone else!! We consider CTR Computers our personal computer company, and we are SO happy to have found them!!! We give them our HIGHEST recommendation!!! :-)

CTR Computers offered exceptional service in a timely manner for a very affordable cost.

CTR did a great job salvaging my HP pavillion laptop. My wireless was not working so I had taken it to another computer service that told me my wireless card was bad. CTR cleaned up my hard drive and made a backup disc, being careful to protect my valueable folders. In the end, it was refreshingly faster, had spyware and malware protection, and my wireless card was working after all. Good people.
