i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI would not shop here! I have lived in Lake Geneva for almost 20 yrs. It seems as if anything I buy from Lake Geneva Sears is a hassle. I bought a riding lawn mower, I almost had to beg them to deliver the lawn mower. It was Friday morning and they did not want to deliver it until Monday afternoon. I paid extra.. When I bought my treadmill, it was after i got off work. They were not able to deliver it for a few days. i asked if i could just load it up in my truck. They would not help. If I wanted help, I would have to come back the next morning. I saw a cabinet on line and it was in their store. When I called to confirm the cabinet, they said I would have to come in and look for it because they did not have time. When i got there the price was higher than I was quoted. I tried buying a deep freezer last spring. It was higher price than quoted. Today I called about another toolbox again Tony said it was higher than quoted, no keys and dented. Tony said he did not care if he sold it.

I just read a review of my local store. I have shopped there a few times. Always found the customer service good. Time taken, appliances explained. I have purchased a stove and recently a washing machine. Delivery was great and I will be shopping soon for a new refrig...I certainly will go to this store to shop for a deal.

This lake geneva Wi Sears should be thought about twice if not more before going there. The owner at this Sears surely doesn't repersent the good Sears name it deserves in customer service. Corporate should re-think there ties with this owner. The owners customer service skills need a refresher course. He finds the customer very lucky that he is there and selling them any product on sale or not, he believes to be doing us all a big favor. He does not value the customer at all and would rather break us down than to admit a whole order with delivery that went wrong was anything but his fault. Now instead of him not taking responsibility and with his arrogant manner, this customer will carry on telling whom ever I can far but more important near how not to deal with this owner at his stores.... He also owns one in Beloit. I find that to be a big BIG mistake on this owners part.... I can reach alot of people!
