Oh my God what a mistake I made by choosing this rat hole run by his majesty Dr. Ghavami Mobin, after wasting nearly 4 hours in the waiting room in terrible pain 'SHINGLES" I approach the nurse in the front desk to find out THEY forgot me, they finally walked in to a another room to wait 45 minutes more I get to meet Dr. Mobin Ghavami ask me what was my problem I answer I think I have shingles told me to wait came back with a nurse show her and we all agree the Dr. gave me a prescription for antibiotics ask to come back in a week, they gave an appointment ......came back in a week my appointment was for 1;15 p.m......By 3;30 I was steel waiting for the Dr to see me when I finally Ghovami show up I ask him what was the porpoise to make an appointment he answer than I was lucky for him to see me if I didn't like it to get another Dr. and he practically though me out of his office with out any consideration for my medical condition how can a person like this is practicing in USA?

Dr Ghavami is a good doctor as well as Jerry but the girl at the front desk Tracy is very anoying she doesnt care about the patients rights and is always talking about them in the front with another girl named Lili. I have gone here half a year but Never going back to this ofice after hearing all the things they said about some patients more than once. Plus they there saying how the manajer Juanita is so useless to the office. So unproffecional.

BEWARE, Do Not Go Here. The Doctor/Owner/Ghavami does not care about you, only cares about getting your money. This Office is VERY VERY RUDE. Also, it takes this office about 3-5 days to approve for a prescription refill and 80% of the time, the Dr's.Office says they never got the refill information from the pharmacy and you have to call the pharmacy and have them fax the info again and again just to get it filled. Sure, you'll get a welcome your first visit and it may seem like a good place, then a few months later, you'll wish you took my advise. Trust me, don't go here, save time now, or you will be looking for another doctor after a few months. This office should not be in business at all, very unprofessional.
