We have a truck financed through this bank. They are awful. No customer service what so ever and everyone I speak to has an attitude. Charged me for a late payment and it was not late and have the proof and three months later still trying to get it straightened out. Will never use this bank again even if it's the only option through the dealership. DO NOT USE THEM.

We financed a vehicle with Morgan Bank which became Lorain Bank some time ago. We always used online auto payments with no problems. However, this month (Dec 2013) the payment (the second to last) wasn't made. Went to the website, but it wouldn't allow me to make a payment - said the account couldn't be paid online. I e-mailed them immediately (still haven't gotten a response). My husband called the next day and was informed the bank doesn't take online payments. Since when? We were never notified of the change. He was also told it would cost us $25 if we made a direct payment via our bank and they don't take credit cards. This left the USPS as the only delivery option. We were assured no late charge would be assessed if it made it there in the next five days. The USPS failed, so now we have a late charge and a possible black mark on our credit through no fault of our own. How many others have they done this to? Good thing I keep track of payments or it could've been much worse.

I have financed a truck through this bank, not knowing much about them then (Through the dealership, which I think has $ interest) Anyway I get my first payment coupon book & the nly info it has is a P.O. Box. I have called 4 different Morgan / Lorain banks & have been told I can not make online payments or track my account balances, or payment history. I will be calling my local bank tomorrow to have this loan transferred. FYI, I also found out these are actually owned Chase Bank. Do your self a favor when financing, (more research), I would never have done this had I known.

Have had nothing but problems with this bank. They have deactivated bank cards for no reason, they aren't very helpful when you have questions/issues. Do yourself a favor and put your money in a shoe box. It will be safer there.
