My boyfriend and I went to KFC around 10:20 last night.... our mashed potatoes & gravy were cold, my biscuit was cold, my (3) chicken tenders were absolutely disgusting. 2 of them were basically burnt and tasted like they say in the fryer for an extra minute, and the third one was very soggy and not appealing at all. very very disappointed in them. I have never had a problem with thembefore. but after tonight i will not ever be going back..

Wanted to try the new KFC location. The previous store was disgusting. Wisely, they knocked it down and built an entirely new structure.The sign outside says "Five tasty meals" for their $5 fill up promotion. Got inside and was told they only had three and the one I normally get was not one of them. Then the sweet tea dispenser was just water. An employee said they were out, but no one thought to put up a sign. The biscuit was hard as a rock. The mashed potatoes container was 3/4 gravy. It's easy to see this store is going the same bad route of the previous one. Bad management will run any store out of business. The Colonel would be ashamed.

Pays his employees a non living wage and charges $46.00 for a 20 pc bucket of chicken, I will not patronize this exploutation of americans
