I live in Tulsa but got my beautiful gown here,service great

I would NEVER recommend Ocones Bridal Shop to any bride unless she had tried every other shop in the WORLD and had no luck. The do carry beautiful dresses and some at good prices but only go there if you don't mind that they NEVER remember who you are and are very unwilling to go out of their way for you if you have an emergency. I bought 2 bridesmaids dresses and my bridal dress within 3 months of each other and they never recognized my name or face, even when I picked the bridal dress up for the final time!! The only wonderful thing about his place is Mary, the lady who works in the back doing alterations. She is a wonderful seamstress and made my dress work for me even when I found out I was 3 months pregnant and getting too big for it! I found I had to go around the front desk and call or talk to Mary directly and then I FINALLY got the quality customer service I felt ANY bride should deserve! It used to be a wonderful shop but the old ladies working there now have ruined it!

I loved Ocones! I live in Georgia but plan to have my wedding in Texas with my friends and family, and they have been wonderful to me an out of state bride to be! I made an appointment during a week day. I had a specific dress in mind and they were the only shop in the area that carried it. I came in and Lydia was finishing with another customer but I was greeted warmly and asked to fill out a customer card. When I was finished I was shown to the dressing area and asked to go ahead and pick out anything that I wanted to try. When I looked for THE dress I had asked for at first I was disappointed because I couldn't find it, but that was only because wonderful Lydia had already pulled it for me! She didnt even blink when I chose 5 others to try on and asked to try on the one I had pre-picked last. The one I picked was a corset gown and she made extra sure that it looked wonderful!

My sisters and I have shopped at Ocones for several special occasions and have always received wonderful treatment. The dresses are beautiful, service is great and prices are reasonable. What more could you ask for? I would recommend every bride stop by Ocones.

Ocone's is a small boutique that strives to give every bride personalized attention. The consultants help you pull dresses and the merchandise arrives when promised. My dress is one of the most beautiful gowns I have seen and everyone thought it cost a fortune when it really did not. I had a custom veil made to compliment it and could not have been happier with the overall result.

My bridesmaid found this store, and after looking at reviews I was hesitant to check it out. I hadn't had any luck at other stores (i'm very petitie, so dress shopping hasn't been my favorite part!) so figured I'd check it out. I can't stress this enough-- They have been NOTHING BUT WONDERFUL. They made me go from hating dress shopping to absolutely LOVING IT! I have went up there 3 times already (I wanted to show my mom and bridesmaids the dress) and they have been incredible every single time! Not to mention their selection-- the store itself is small, but PACKED with so many different styles of dresses that I didn't see at the other stores! On another side note, my dress came in 3 short months! I couldn't believe it ! They have gone above and beyond my expectations, and I couldn't be happier. I love this little shop! You have to check them out!!

I am really surprised by the negative reviews for this place, I know each bride has their own experience and taste, so if you are a girl who prefers personable, laid back people, this shop is for you. I LOVED how my sales girl was not pushy and left me with many options. She was never sales-like, nor made me stay in a dress forever--that is one thing I can't stand when I have been places. If a dress is not me, I do not want to sit there discussing every little detail of the dress, I want to try on the next one! She let me do this and I tried on 5 dresses in less than a hour and even my sisters tried on 6 or so bridesmaid dresses in an hour.

Fantastic Customer Service My wedding was September 2010 and I went to several bridal salons searching for beautiful dresses for my bridesmaids. Every single salon disappointed me with their limited selections and lack of customer service skills. I was so overwhelmed and extremely worried because I was running out of time and energy. I was reassured that an entire new staff was on board and that I would be pleased. Pleased is an understatement! They knocked my socks off with the timing of my order, the quality of the dresses, and the professionalism throughout the entire ordeal. I am so happy that I didn't let the negative reviews sway me away because I would have seriously missed out! I love this bridal salon and I will definitely reccommend to anyone planning a wedding!!!!!

I love this place. Its so nice and the upstairs alterations department is AMAZING! They made my dress fit like a glove. They were just amazing. My sister brought her dress there two years ago so I had to see if they could do the same for me. They were packed when we went but it didnt matter, we were taken care of and the dresses were so pretty and reasonable. Id go there for the best selection and value around the area. And I can't thank the alterations department enough. Truly talented woman up there.

Nice I thought Ocones had a nice selection of dresses, and the ladies at the store were very kind and helpful. It was a great place to try on many dresses and styles.

I made an appointment for friday afternoon and told them that I was looking for a specific dress I had already tried on in Georgia and that I wanted my family who live in texas to see it. When I arrived Lydia was busy with another customer but I was asked to fill out a card and taken to look at the dresses. She had already pulled the dress I want and when I choose 5 more to try on she didnt even blink.She made me feel like I was the only customer she would have that day and paid so much attention to me my mom and my matron of honor even when she had to take a phone call or two. She didnt even mind when I asked to try on the dress I requested last. The other women were very nice

Nice People. I checked out the reviews on Google after I made my appointment! The experiences below made me leery of going. I didn't even want to go anymore to Ocones. I went with my mother and nothing could have been better!!!! The reviews that are written below are some bad experience, but I am writing because of a GREAT experience. Mrs. Ocones, the owner was there, but a lady named Lydia helped me out. She was wonderful and very helpful! I would recommend Ocones, and sorry for the bad experience, but I had a great one.

Great Experience I have had nothing but good experiences with this place. I went try dresses on one Friday afternoon and Lydia was a huge help! She let me try on as many dresses as I wanted and let my family in on all of the dresses. Once I had decided which dress I wanted, all of the staff allowed me to walk around the store in my dress and show it off. The staff was a huge help and did nothing but make me feel as though I was the most important person in the store. I appreciate all of their help!

After looking all over the DFW metroplex for a wedding gown, I walked into Ocone's Bridal and found a dress on the $99.00 rack! The dress needed alterations and I was concerned that the alteration fees at Ocone's would be too high so I found another seamstress to alter the dress. Unfortunately, the alterations were poorly done and the dress did not fit well $425.00 later in spite of the name of the business (Perfect Fit Alterations). I took the dress back to Ocone's and Mary, their seamstress, was able to save the day altering the dress to fit much better. The christian environment at Ocone's was evident the minute I walked into the store.
