0I have bought electrical parts from this junkyard on two separate times. Both times the parts were as descripted and worked perfectly. They packaged the items with plenty of bubble wrap and shredded paper and they arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend them.
Got pictures of dash, perfect condition as shown installed in car. Paid, drove 2 hours and had damage undisclosed during removal. They refunded my money, no apologies, said "these things happen". Drove 2 hours back home with my refund.
Bruce Auto Parts were great! I was stressed, because I broke my friends back tail light. I called several places and they wanted to charge in the $200's for the part and service, but when I called Bruce Auto Parts, they only charged $65 for a part that was going for $170. When I went they were so helpful, they even let me see the part I was getting. They had wonderful service, we were in and out in a matter of 10 minutes. Everyone we worked with was very polite and were happy to help us. They will continue to have our service in future years to come if I ever need anything again, Bruce's Auto Parts is where we will go. :-) Thanks to all of the employees that took some stress away from me.-Thank You!
