maitinance department is very rude I just call few minutes ago for my appointment tomorrow,,this lady is very rude she just hang up the phone I'm not even finish talking,,she don't realize that if not because of Us as a customers she don't have a job,,,..I don't like saying things like at all but the way she handle her job I am very disappointed,,and very unsatisfied !!

My daughter wanted to buy a Jetta. Had everything set price and loan. they forgot the dock fees around 100 dollars. they would not pay for their mistake. I will never buy a car from this deadlier again. I did not want to up set my daughter and I sucked it up.

If you plan on buying your car there, you better make sure you know about required maintenance and if you buy a car for your wife you better make sure you and not her bring it there.



They totally take advantage of woman, telling them all kinds of required and necessary services to later state in the invoice “customer requested” this and that.

Two horrific experiences with their service department have assured I'll never buy a new car from these people. Bought our Jetta up north and have loved it for 10 years - until we moved down here and started dealing with the Prestige service department. Wish I'd read other reviews at sites like Yahoo before we moved - we would have sold our car before we moved down here.
