PHONE LINES ARE HORRIBLE! I called 4 times right at 8am and no one answered. Their automated system said to call within normal business hours of 8am - 7pm!!! I'm calling AT 8AM!!! I even got a voicemail box that was too full to leave messages!!! Then, I called all day to see if my order will be ready for pick up and it was ALWAYS BUSY!!! How do you run a business when your customers can't get a hold of you???? When I finally came to pick up my order it wasn't ready and I had to wait another half hour. When I got the arrangement itself didn't even stand up properly and the entire thing was STICKY!! We couldn't even get the fruit out of it without knocking it over and getting all the stickiness everywhere. Please do not order from this place. Their service is horrible. I waited half and hour before the guy got off the phone to acknowledge that I was in standing front of him. I don't even think he saw me...I would order from a different location. This location is just disorganized and careless.
