The premises, rooms and common areas are kept very clean. The staff is generally very helpful and understanding. The meals are excellent, but waiter service is a little slow. You have free cable, snack room, transportation to your doctor and recreational rides around town and a few other locations. The van driver will not take you to Daphne or the VA in Biloxi. Your are afforded van service to two large stores. Room maintance is a bit slow. Some residents should be in other facilities, due to their confusion and etc. Medicine is not dispensed as ordered. You must pay $3.00 to have each of your prescriptions placed in bubble tabs. The facility does not include your secondary medicine insurance, like they should. The facility does not announce visitors as they visit. Some of the staff leaves your room unlocked at times. Knocking on the door seems to be a problem for some staff members. Overall this facility is pretty good in comparison to other like facilities.
