These employees have foam dripping from their mouths, ready to steal your property! I had my 1971 Corvette sitting outside the garage when a Jack's Towing employee drove by. He did a quick u-turn and jumped out of the car to look at my license plates, I'm sure all the while thinking about hitting the jackpot. I ran out of the garage and told him to get away, he told me "just doing business man." It is clear to me that this criminal saw something nice and wanted to steal it, what a horrible business that preys upon others in order to survive.

Of Duty they would help me out on the price after that my battery had been dead so they helped me out and took me too a auto parts store then supplied me with the tools needed

Totally rude every time I have ever talked to them. They damaged my car, and acted like I hugely inconvenienced them by asking to talk to their manager and one even told me that it wasn't their fault, even though I have pictures from DAYS earlier proving the damage was not there before they towed it. It is an extremely ghetto facility, and I was almost called names by their secretary or whatever she is. Very unprofessional and rude. I feel very sorry for you if your car is towed from this place. Mind you, I wasn't mad about the towing, it was the attitudes of everyone there. And notice the only five-star-rating was from "Towman_99"... interesting. My car was towed from somewhere with NO SIGNS and no note left to tell me where it was. I almost called the cops.

I have called on three different occasions to get a car towed that was parked in my assigned parking spot at my apartment complex. Each time the man who answers the phone is rude, abrasive and has made me hang up twice and the third time he hung up on me. This is extremely upsetting and blatantly bad business practice. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life.

terrable towing company, almost tore my bumper off while attempting to begin to tow my truck (managed to bend it beyond repair) terrable service time (waited 2 hours not even 10 minuits from their location) and than thretend to impound my vehicle due to no inspection sticker, if they knew how to use a computer and knew jack abbout their job they would know that Illnois has no state inspection (im stationed in norfolk but the vehicle is regesterd to my home back north)

This scummy so called tow truck service decided to tow my Rental car that was parked in a VISITORS parking space at 12am on a Thursday night ( and had to leave for work at 6am) leaving me completely left with no way to get anywhere... there was no warning of any kind ... and how do you charge $135 !!! This company should be strip of its licenses and sued for fraud ! They had my 2012 car sitting in there lot with nothing but completely JUNK cars, this place looked so run down and disgusting, nothing but scrap and junk. The doors should be closed on this place

Please don't ever use this company. They towed our car from our residence for no reason with no warning. We came out to go to work this morning & our car was gone. We thought it was stolen & called the police. When I finally got a hold of this company they were extremely rude & unapologetic for their mistake. I will be contacting the BBB & writing reviews anywhere I can to spread the word not to use this horrible company.

Thye are thieves!!!!! We called them when our car broke down. They charged our debit card 3 times. It has been over a week and they still have not refunded us our money. When you call up to talk to anyone they have an attitude like it was your stupidity that got you there. they are rude and inconsiderate. No one ever calls you back. We will be going to Wavy TV 10 tomorrow to see if they can help us out. This company should not be in business if this is the way that they treat their customers!!! I will never use them again and I will make sure that everyone that I run into knows it!!!

These people have no respect for you or your vehicle. We had our vehicle towed once because we weren't driving it with expired tags. We got our car back, paying $125 for less than one day, and then parked it where they wouldn't find it. A couple hours later we had to rush my sister to the emergency room, we got back at 4:30 in the morning. They must have been waiting for us, because sometime between 4:30 am and 6:30 am when I went to work they stole our car. Do not sign anything with them, they will screw you over, all they care about is the money. They are way over priced, and if you need a tow you should try somebody else.



(oh, did i mention the reason it didn't have any tags was because the car is registered in my brother-in-law's name, and he is off in the middle of lord only knows where risking his life in the armed forces. Apparently it's hard to renew tags from 16,000 miles away.)

The management in the office is very rude and unprofessional.................went in to pick up car from being towed and the staff inside was eating at the desk...........while dealing with my paper work.................she was did not wash her hands............very nasty............asked for a number or address to write complaint they refused to give me the information................after demanding they said they do not have a corporate address to complain to..........................not very helpful.............I would never recommend this place to anyone

This towing company is predatory. They post little or no signage warning people not to park and then sit in the parking lot taking down license numbers and towing cars. Their drivers threatened my husband, a US Marine no less as well as myself and my teenage daughter. Horrible people, horrible company. Find someone else who deserves your tow business. DO NOT USE JACKS

They're Morons, Hey Jack's Towing is it possible that maybe just maybe, a car could be double parked because the car/truck (big a$$ truck in this case) was originally double parked forcing the actual tenant to park a bit over the line where a tiny little motorcycle takes up the entire spot...use your noggins.
