Delayed my package for no reason

i.e., AAwful service. The driver will deliver packages to some of the apartments but won't deliver my packages to my door even if they don't require a signature he leaves them at the office. He has been working for the company many years now he thinks he owns the company. Bad attitude. He told me unless I tell him I will be home for delievery he will go strait to the office to have the package signed for whether it needs a signature or not. He won't even attempt at my door first it is one or the other. II have been having this problem for over two years. I have called and the delivery office and they said he is suppose to be delivering my packages to my door if no signature is required he is to leave them but he says something else because apparently he really believes he owns the company.

Now these days, companies drivers paste pick up sticker on door without knocking. This is fourth time happening with me. I dont get my packet delivery on time and at home. I always have to pick it up from the courier company place.

Management there are total scumbags!!!
