Nice people, but not good internet service. I live in Ottawa, and have the 6 mbs service. It fluctuates throughout the day between less than 100 kbs and 6 mbs. Usually the late evenings is so slow a speed test won't even load, and niether do web pages. Tech support is unhelpful, they go through their processes and end up sending a tech out. The tech does not have the knowledge to troubleshoot speed problems, they can only look at your installed lines and see if they are broken. So they leave, saying call back if it's still a problem, and so the cycle goes. I'm pretty sure the problem is just that they can't deliver high speed internet to more than a few people in Ottawa at a time. So goodbye Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, and online gaming.
