just not very happy with it. you would think they would take as good of care of existing customers as they do the new customers

The person I spoke with in customer service was personable, professional and knowledgeable regarding all of my questions, which were many. All were clearly answered to my complete satisfaction.

Great service

I highly recommend CAS. I've had CAS for 10 years and my service has only been very reliable. Love the internet and phone bundle, my speeds are fast and I've not had any trouble with the phone service. Plus, they offer a huge hd line up.

Phone service has alot of issues especially when the weather is bad. It is a huge problem for me that they do not have a customer service line to answer questions after 6 or on the weekend. All you get is an answering service that takes a message. Really thinking about switching because we get very few of the W.Va football games using this service. It isn't worth the cost of the service for cable, broadband and phone. Ever since we have had this service the cost has gone up about 1.50 pre month for this fee or that fee. Started out at 99.00 and now the base is 106.00. Go figure!!
